Paul Fox is the CEO of the Yoga In Healthcare Alliance charity and  co-author of Yoga on Prescription with Heather Mason. Paul delivers NHS-accredited yoga programmes to NHS patients and staff, and offers 1-1 and group classes in Ely, Cambridgeshire, or via Zoom. He is a former BBC Radio 4 journalist, has trained over 200 people to become yoga teachers, and is also author of Yoga Quest
